Refund policy

Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size or product. We do not accept returns for refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, contact us at cs@almostroyalclub.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a mailing address for the return. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will reach out to confirm your exchange and assist you in selecting your replacement product. The new item will be shipped once the exchange is processed.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Limited edition items are final sale—no returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Additionally, we do not accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
